Our Process

The process should be as good as the art it is trying to produce.

Start Your Project
(01)

We understand your vision

Before any recommendations, we take time to understand the site (place), the community (people), the budget (price), and what success looks like in five, ten, and twenty years (purpose).

(02)

We find the right artist

We know the artists in our network. We consider their strengths, histories, ambitions, and fit for different contexts. We've spent years building that knowledge, and we will share a curated list with you.

(03)

We manage production

From strategy to installation, we coordinate every milestone. Our in-house production team and network of partners handle fabrication, logistics, artist communications, and community engagement.

(04)

We deliver and activate

Our relationship doesn't end at installation. We provide photo and video documentation, marketing support, and opening-event coordination, ensuring the work endures in the community.

I felt supported as an artist throughout the process. The Monochronicle team ran an organized event, and were professional and positive from application to final install. They worked to resource the installation at each step, and were personally willing to jump in as needed to ensure the show was a success. I highly recommend the Monochronicle production team for future events.

Jeff Cason

Artist, designer and producer

Monochronicle’s strength lies in its research-based approach, responding to real needs of both artists and administrators. The platform’s structured format encourages administrators to provide clear, relevant information. This improves communication with artists and ultimately leads to stronger proposals and better project alignment.
